During my recent stay, I had a few positive experiences at the hostel. the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. They were always available to answer my questions and provided me with useful information about the city and nearby attractions. Secondly, the hostel's location was excellent. It was conveniently situated close to the bus and train station, making it easy for me to explore the city. Additionally, it was also just a short walk away from the city center, allowing me to easily access shops, restaurants, and other amenities.
I did encounter a few negative aspects during my stay. the cleanliness of the hostel was not up to par.

The room was perfect with a traditional style! Wooden floor & furniture, with carpet, personal wardrobes with lockers, double windows for thermal comfort, available clean towels & bed sheets & red carpet on the stairs with nice decoration. I shared the room with only one person! A room of maximum 3 beds is nice. Almost always there is reception!
Felt very welcome, no reason to complain.

It was within walking distance to both the city center and the train station, which made it really convenient for exploring the city and getting around. the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. They were always available to answer any questions and provide recommendations for things to do and see. And finally, I appreciated the affordable price of the hostel. We had a great stay at this hostel! The bed was comfortable and clean, perfect for a good night's sleep. The room was well heated and clean, and we even had a bathtub in the bathroom, which is a rare find in hostels. The kitchen was well equipped, making it easy for us to prepare our own meals. The location was fantastic, just a short walk to the bus station for airport transfers and day trips, as well as the city center. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, assisting us with everything we needed. We were pleasantly surprised to find towels provided, a nice touch. a wonderful experience!
Nothing, it was perfect! 😊

There were a few aspects that I found disappointing. there was only one bathroom on each floor, which often led to long waits for showering.

The location was great, with the central bus/train station, old town, castle, and Dragon Bridge all within walking distance. the hostel had a shared kitchen, but some of the cooking utensils were in need of replacement. the hostel also had lockers available upon request.
There was only one toilet on each floor, resulting in some waiting time.

great location, close to city centre and Dragon Bridge. Open 24h entrance, perfect for odd travel times. Booked 4-bed room, had it all to myself. Friendly staff, did laundry for me. Easy to walk everywhere.
Noisy room, couldn't open window.
